House Bill 67 becomes law December 1, 2010 in which an operator of a vehicle that violates this act will be ticketed and fined by Law Enforcement Agencies. Toyota West now has license plate frames that meet the State of North Carolina guidelines as set forth in House Bill 67. These plate frames expose the month sticker, year sticker and state of North Carolina on the license plates as required by law. Toyota West will be happy to replace the plate frame on your vehicle at your request on your next visit to our store.
